Fulltext PDFPost-surgical defects and loss leads to physiological and functional disturbances. Therapeutic need can be attained by accurate rehabilitation which is determined by anatomy, magnitude and deformity. Above mentioned algorithm in conjunction with supplementary management especially in patients after triad of surgery, radiotherapy followed by chemotherapy play a vital role in the quality of life with respect to function, aesthetics and social responsibility.
