Fulltext PDFHere we present a case with a full-thickness tear of the Supraspinatus Tendon (SST) which had a dramatic clinical and radiologic response using regenerative therapy of expanded adipose-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) combined with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) as an alternative to surgical intervention to treat the RC tear and impingement syndrome.
